    As an alternative, do you see an option to scan a QR code using the Bing app to verify your account?

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft Rewards page on a web browser- https://rewards.microsoft.com/ and choose the reward for redemption.
    2. When you are asked to verify your account, select the 'Verify with Bing app' option.
    3. You can then scan the QR code displayed using your Mobile device.
    4. Enter the 6-digit verification code and click Verify.
    5. Once verified, return to the Microsoft rewards redemption page to complete it.

    Note: The QR code option does not appear when redeeming rewards inside the Bing app.  So, ensure you are trying to redeem the reward using a web browser or PC or mobile device.
