Solitaire on Win 11 now requires itself to be run in full screen.

Solitaire on Win 11 now requires itself to be run in full screen. This is just started Aug. 6, 2026, and prevents me from doing 2 things at once with a smaller Solitaire window. How do I revert to the older friendlier version?

In the upper right corner, you should have an icon to switch to Windowed view.

No sorry, the game will run only when the window is full screen. Anything smaller and it gives the error Resize the Window to Resume the Game

Obviously (10+ users has the same question) there is a problem not specific to your PC. I could not find any details, or possible resolution. I hope windows or solitaire update will resolve this.
