Azure for Students Academic Verification– School name field clears automatically

Hello,

I am trying to activate Azure for Students, but I am unable to complete the Academic Verification step.

I can enter a school name in the field, but when I click outside the field (for example, to move to the Date of Birth field), the text is automatically removed. This happens for every institution I try and no autocomplete suggestions are displayed.

I have already tried different browsers like Safari, Chrome, and Brave, different devices (MacBook and iPhone) and different internet connections. I assure that my college email is active and accessible.

Because the School name field never accepts any value, I cannot continue with the verification process.

Could you please help me complete the verification or suggest an alternative verification method?

The School Name field automatically clears whenever I enter text and leave the field. No autocomplete suggestions appear, even when I type “Tatung” or just “T”.

I have already tried using an Incognito browser window, but the issue persists.

My institution is Tatung University in Taiwan, and I have an active university email address.

Could you please help verify my student eligibility or provide an alternative verification method?

From Argentina, i have the same problem

I'm a university student at the National University of La Plata (Universidad Nacional de La Plata, Argentina) trying to activate Azure for Students.

During academic verification, the “School name” field clears automatically when I click outside it, and no institution suggestions appear. This prevents me from completing the verification process. I also noticed that the input doesn't have an id or name attribute. Could this be a code issue?

Could you please investigate this issue or advise me on an alternative way to verify my student status?
