    Hi!

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Can you tell me what Email account do you have (Gmail.com, Outlook.com, Yahoo.com etc..) Also, what application do you use to check you emails, is it the new Outlook app, or you sign-in to the outlook website or something else? This is for me to help you further on what steps to get those details back.

Calendar and contacts are tied to the account where they were created. To get them back after changing email, use one of these supported paths depending on where they are stored:

    1. If the old account is a Gmail address
    • Export contacts from Gmail:
      1. Sign in to the old Gmail account.
      2. Select the Google apps icon, then Contacts.
      3. On the Contacts page, select Export.
      4. Choose the contact group and select Outlook CSV as the format.
      5. Select Export, then Save As and save the file.
    • Import contacts into Outlook (Microsoft 365 or Outlook desktop):
      1. In Outlook, go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
      2. Choose Import from another program or file > Comma Separated Values > Next.
      3. Browse to the CSV file exported from Gmail.
      4. Choose how to handle duplicates (replace, allow, or do not import duplicates) and select Next.
      5. In Select a destination folder, choose the Contacts folder under the new email account.
      6. Select Finish.
    • Export calendar from Gmail and import into Outlook:
      1. Go to https://calendar.google.com and sign in with the old Gmail account.
      2. Select the calendar, then Options > Settings and sharing > Export calendar.
      3. Save and extract the .zip file.
      4. In Outlook, go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export > Open an iCalendar or vCalendar file > Next.
      5. Select the .ics file and choose Open as new (separate calendar) or Import (merge into existing Outlook calendar).
    1. If the old data was already in Outlook (.pst file)
    • Locate and open the old Outlook Data File (.pst) if available, then import or open it in Outlook to restore emails, contacts, and calendar into the new account, as described in the referenced recovery guidance.
    1. If contacts were moved from Hotmail/Outlook.com and are missing
    • If contacts disappeared after a Microsoft migration (for example, from Hotmail to Outlook.com), submit feedback from Outlook.com so a Microsoft engineer can investigate and move contacts from the old service into the current mailbox:
      1. Sign in to Outlook.com.
      2. Select ? in the upper-right corner > Feedback.
      3. Choose Give Feedback, describe the missing contacts/calendar issue, then Next.
      4. Select Skip and send message.

Once contacts and calendar are imported or recovered into the new mailbox, they will sync to Outlook on all devices signed in with that account.
