If you're experiencing issues logging into your Minecraft account where the page refreshes without successfully logging you in, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

    1. Clear Browser Cache: Sometimes, cached data can cause issues with logging in. Clear your browser's cache and cookies. For Microsoft Edge, you can do this by going to Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Clear browsing data.
    2. Try a Different Browser: If clearing the cache doesn't work, try logging in using a different web browser to see if the issue persists.
    3. Check Internet Connection: Ensure that your internet connection is stable and working properly.
    4. Disable Extensions: Browser extensions can sometimes interfere with web pages. Try disabling any extensions you have installed and attempt to log in again.
    5. Check for Service Outages: Sometimes, the issue might be on the server side. Check if there are any reported outages for the Minecraft login service.
    6. Use InPrivate Browsing: Open a new InPrivate browsing window in Edge and try logging in from there. This can help bypass any issues related to cached data or cookies.

If you continue to have problems after trying these steps, you may want to reach out to Minecraft support for further assistance.

    Hello H P,

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum. I'm happy to help.

I just want to make sure if you have the chance to check the AI assistant solution yet? If you did, may I know how it goes?

Regarding your issue, I'd like to ask a few questions to better understanding this.

    • May I know which apps are you trying to log in? Does this happen with multiple apps?
    • Can you sign in to Microsoft webpage?

In the meantime, please try to follow these steps to fix it.

    1. Go to Settings > Time & Language > Date and time.
    2. Make sure that "Set time automatically" and "Set time zone automatically" is set to ON.
    3. Select "Sync now" to resync the clock.
    4. Restart your computer and try again.
