Please let me know what my options are and how to do so.

Why doesn't Microsoft have a way to convert a large number of files together? I do not want to open every file one at a time

To convert your Publisher files, you can use the built-in features of Microsoft Publisher itself. Here are some options:

    1. Export to PDF: You can export your Publisher files to PDF format, which is widely used and can be opened on most devices. To do this, open your Publisher file, go to the File menu, select Export, and then choose Create PDF/XPS Document.
    2. Save As: You can also save your Publisher files in different formats directly from the File menu. Choose Save As and select a different file format from the dropdown menu. Options may include formats like Word documents or image files, depending on your needs.
    3. Third-Party Conversion Tools: If you have a large number of files and need batch conversion, consider using third-party software that specializes in file conversion. Look for tools that support Publisher files specifically.
    4. Online Conversion Services: There are various online services that allow you to upload your Publisher files and convert them to different formats. Ensure to use reputable services to protect your files.

Make sure to back up your original files before performing any conversions to avoid data loss.
