Hello. I had an xbox live account with the email ******@gmail.com and the gamertag is v1aas. This was my main xbox account where I had all my games and did literally everything on my xbox. A lot of my accounts got hacked a couple months ago and that included my xbox account. Everytime I open my xbox it'll log me in and then log me back out when connected to wifi. When I go to log back in it asks me for my password for ******@gmail.com, but when I press on use a different device option it shows me the account is linked to a different email which is ******@outlook.com. I made a request to get my ccount back around the time it happened but gave up and now i'm trying again because I would really like access to my account and the games I bought. I've been all accurate information into the form and each time it tells me it's not it even though my email was in the account first.

If your Xbox Live account has been hacked and the email associated with it has been changed, you will need to follow the account recovery process provided by Microsoft. Here are some steps you can take to regain access:

    1. Visit the Microsoft Account Recovery Page: Go to the Microsoft account recovery page and follow the prompts to recover your account. You may need to provide information about your account, such as the previous email address and any other details that can help verify your identity.
    2. Check for Account Recovery Options: If you have set up security information (like a phone number or alternate email), you might be able to receive a code to help recover your account.
    3. Contact Xbox Support: If the online recovery options do not work, consider reaching out to Xbox Support directly. They can provide assistance and may have additional methods to verify your identity and help you regain access to your account.
    4. Provide Accurate Information: When filling out recovery forms, make sure to provide as much accurate information as possible, including past passwords, billing information, and any other details that can help prove your ownership of the account.
    5. Be Persistent: If your initial recovery requests are denied, try again. Sometimes, providing different information or being more detailed can help.
    6. Secure Your Other Accounts: Since you mentioned that multiple accounts were hacked, ensure that you secure your other accounts by changing passwords and enabling two-factor authentication where possible.

Following these steps should help you in recovering your Xbox Live account and accessing your games again.
