I use edge and still can earn point from browse but sometime the mintues not incarsing up even i browse for long time is still 0 mintues and lost my streak

I have exactly the same issue with the Edge search rewards, exactly as the screen shot above. I have checked everything and done everything contained in the answer by Kimberley and it is exactly the same and not recording minutes of use, which up to now is 2 hours 40 minutes with not one minute recorded. Up until yesterday all was well and working properly, but not any more.

This happens to me, usually after working fine up until the last day or two of my 7 day streak then it stops working and kills my streak. So infuriating, it's happened to me twice now.

Go to edge://settings/privacy → Tracking prevention → Balanced. If it’s on Strict, Microsoft Rewards might not detect browsing activity. Then do these:
