    Hi Tanvi,

I'm Sumit, here to assist with your question.

Apologies for any inconvenience - I'm happy to help you today.

When you say 'video calls,' are you referring to a Teams call?

Press Windows+R keys on the keyboard, or Right-click Start on the Taskbar and choose Run.

    Type mmsys.cpl

    Press Enter.

Go to the Playback tab > Right-click your Speaker > Choose Properties > Advanced Tab. Send me a screenshot of the same.

I look forward to your response and am eager to collaborate until we find a solution.
