Although there is no provision in the Mac Office programs for creating custom Theme Fonts it can be done

    • by importing the Theme from a file created by a Windows version,
    • by copying the Windows .thmx or Theme Fonts file to the appropriate Themes location on the Mac, or
    • by writing the Theme Fonts OOXML file.

    Hi @Venkata Palle

Thank you for posting question to Microsoft Q&A.

This is a very common point of confusion, and the issue you're facing is due to a long-standing user interface difference between PowerPoint for Windows and PowerPoint for Mac. The "Customize Fonts..." button that appears at the bottom of the Fonts dropdown in the Slide Master view on Windows does not exist in that location on PowerPoint for macOS.

I sincerely apologize that this feature is inconsistent across platforms, making the process less intuitive for Mac users. I will raise these issues with the development product and engineering teams. Feedback from organizations like yours that have recently migrated is incredibly valuable. Highlighting these specific pain points is crucial for them to understand real-world user needs and to help them prioritize future development and improvements.

Thank you for your understand. Wish you a pleasant day!
