Mobile Search No Longer Earning Rewards

For the past couple of days, no matter how much time I leave between searches on my iPhone I do not receive points. I've written to tech support but have been ignored.

Between this and the way they're being petty by reducing the 5- and 10-point offers to 1 and 2 points, I'm pretty much out. I've already changed the default search engine on my browsers (desktop, phone, tablet) back to Google and am about to delete all MS apps from the same.

    I have the same issue.

    I can redeem (use) my points and reduce my points Tally - That works

    It just does not add to my points total when I try any activities, Search, Poll, Quiz, Puzzle

    So real. I hate microsoft because they wont respond to my emails. Microsoft Support is literally useless because I tried refunding my points cuz i bought a robux giftcard and they didnt care enough to even update me about anything. Ive been waiting for about 5 hours now.
