In fx_media_format() function, what should be the value of sector_size parameter?

In filex function fx_media_format(), sector_size if one of the arguments.
Does this sector_size represent flash device sector size or logical sector size as in in LX_NOR_SECTOR_SIZE which is always 512 bytes or 128 ULONG words?
