How can I resolve error ID - 153

What is the best method of resolving error ID - 153. It is showing in my server manager with this message below:

The IO operation at logical block address 0x486fda4b for Disk 0 (PDO name: \Device\Ide\IdeDeviceP0T0L0-0) was retried.

This answer does not tell me how to convert "PDO name: \Device\Ide\IdeDeviceP0T0L0-0" (or in my case "Disk 2 (PDO name: \Device\00000047)" to the actual disk in my computer. I have a number of disks installed, and I have yet to find a source that tells me how to convert that string into which of the three disks I have installed in my machine. Disk Management tells me that Disk 2 is the disk that contains my Windows 11 boot drive, but, if this is the disk referenced in the EventID 153 entry, it does not tell me what "\Device\00000047" signifies. The disk in question is an SSD disk, and a "Chkdsk c: /scan" command shows that there are no current problems with the disk. Maybe there was some (unknown) transient error at 2:50 this morning when Windows 11 crashed and auto-booted.
