WE are a chiropractic office that sends reminders of up-coming appointments to our patients. It seems that those sent on Thursday, November 5 at 2;30 p.m. EST did not go through. We have not had this problem before and do not know how to fix it. We need our email reminders to work; our patients count on them.

    Hi @Dr. Dan Vitale,

The general message “Your message couldn’t be delivered” does not provide enough information to determine the cause.

Could you please open one of the returned emails and share the Diagnostic information for administrators section, including:

    • The name of the server that rejected the message
    • The complete error code and response, particularly whether it contains 5.7.23, 5.7.1, AS9031519, 5.1.8, or 5.7.705

Please redact patient email addresses and any other personal information before posting it.

Depending on the error code, the issue may be related to email authentication (5.7.23, 5.7.1, or AS9031519), a restricted sender (5.1.8), or an outbound sending restriction (5.7.705).

If your error matches one of these common codes, please review the relevant article below and try the recommended steps:

If there are any updates or additional details, please feel free to post a reply. I'll be happy to provide more specific guidance if needed.
