I have a recurring annual charge of NZ$125.30 on my ANZ Visa card, dated 6 November 2026, with the description Microsoft*Mi. The same amount was charged last year.

I cannot find this payment in my Microsoft account history, and there is no saved card or invoice.

I also have Microsoft 365 Family through Apple, which costs NZ$23 monthly.

Can you trace the annual charge, confirm what it's for and whether I'm paying twice for the same subscription? I'd also like to know whether a refund is possible.

Please note that this is a user-to-user public forum, so we cannot access your account or check your billing information.

If you cannot find the charge in your Microsoft account, do you remember subscribing to another service through the Apple Store or changing your subscription from yearly to monthly? If the NZ$125.30 charge was processed through Apple, Microsoft Support may not be able to trace it. In that case, you will need to contact Apple Support.

If the charge came directly from Microsoft, I suggest checking all your Microsoft accounts in case the charge is associated with another account. Also, check with any family members who may have access to your card.

Here's how you can investigate charges from Microsoft: https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-investigate-a-billing-charge-from-microsoft-398c5328-364c-d5e4-ea8f-f5ad60562a93

Then follow the instructions here to cancel your subscription and request a possible refund:

If it doesn’t work or you need further assistance, for your security and privacy, I recommend contacting Microsoft Billing Support directly, as this request involves personal or sensitive information that should not be shared in a public forum.

    Click this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/

Sign in to your Microsoft account.

Select Microsoft 365 > Click 'Get home support'.

Type "Chat with an agent" from the text field and press Enter.

Click "Contact support" at the bottom.

Select the product you need help with.

Follow the prompts to connect with a live agent or request a call back.
