I just claimed the reward and it's directing me to a page that says it's not available

    I understand how disappointing it is to redeem your points and then be sent to a page saying the offer is unavailable.

    Please check your https://rewards.bing.com/redeem/orderhistory and confirm whether the Spotify reward is listed as Completed, In progress, or Cancelled. If it is completed, open the order details and try the redemption link from there rather than using the original redirected page. You can also select Resend if you did not receive the confirmation email.

    If the order is completed but the link still shows “not available,” please contact https://rewards.bing.com/support and include a screenshot of the error, your order date, and the reward name. Rewards Support can check whether the redemption link or offer is valid for your account and region. Please do not post the redemption code or order number publicly.
