When outlook is open, the column that lists the day, sender, subject has become extremely small type. I don't know why. How can I fix this?

Could you also share a screenshot showing the affected message list and another showing the Text size and spacing settings? Please hide any personal email addresses or message details. Additionally, is only the message list text unusually small, while the folder names, menus, and reading pane remain normal, or has the text throughout Outlook become smaller?

Change the message-list text size in Outlook; the exact setting depends on whether you use new Outlook or classic Outlook for Windows.

    New Outlook for Windows

    1. Select View → View settings.
    2. Select Mail → Layout.
    3. Under Text size and spacing, choose Medium or Large.
    4. Select Save.

This enlarges the message-list information, including the sender, subject, and date/day. ^1^

    Classic Outlook for Windows

    1. Open Mail and select the affected folder, such as Inbox.
    2. Select View → View Settings.
    3. Select Other Settings.
    4. Select the appropriate control:
      • Row Font changes the sender, subject, date/day, and other information shown for each message.
      • Column Font changes column headings such as From and Subject.
    5. Choose a larger font size, select OK, and then select OK again to apply it. ^1^

These settings are separate from email zoom and Stationery and Fonts, which affect message content rather than the Inbox list.
