My headset audio works but my microphone does not, while having my teams calls? what shall i do to fix the mic?

I see that your headset audio is working, but the microphone isn't picking up your voice during Teams calls.

To help narrow down the issue, could you please confirm a couple of things?

Are you using the Teams desktop app or accessing Teams through a web browser?

Does your microphone work in other applications, such as Windows Voice Recorder, or does the issue only happen in Teams ?

Also, have you had a chance to try any of the troubleshooting steps suggested in the previous answer?

As far as my Laptop is concerned, I only use my headset to listen to educations, youtube or talk on TEAMS calls. Sound is great, mic, for last 2-3 days dont not work, nor speakers are located by TEAMS. I use teams app, not web version.
