Azure Artifact Signing – Organization identity validation stuck in “In Progress” since 21 October 2026

I submitted the requested organization documents on 21 October 2026. The portal still shows “In Progress” and no action is listed. An earlier deployment attempt reported that the subscription type was unsupported, but the Artifact Signing account is now visible in North Europe. Could you confirm whether the existing validation is still being processed or whether the subscription issue is blocking it? I can provide the validation ID through a private channel.
