Whenever I try to print a Word doc, that I created, the whole page prints a solid 2 colors over my document no matter what I try to do. If I print a non-Word doc, my printer prints normally. I have an iMac, and Canon MF663Cdw laser printer. The same issue happens if I print from my HP.

    Hi, @Greg Schmidt

Since this happens with two different printers but non-Word documents print normally, the issue may be related to Microsoft Word or the document itself.

    To help narrow this down:

    1. Does this happen with all Word documents or just one?
    2. Does the same issue appear in Word's print preview?
    3. Does the document print correctly when saved as a PDF?

In the meantime, try these steps if you haven’t already:

    • Open the affected document in Word.
    • Go to "Design" > "Page Color" > "No Color".
    • Create a new Word document, type a few lines, and try printing it.
    • Save the affected document as a PDF and print it using the Mac's Preview app.

Please share the results so the next steps can be determined.
