Technical escalation required – incorrect public business classification in Bing Search

Hello Bing Places Support Team,

We are requesting a technical escalation regarding our verified business listing:

Business: Zeichenbüro Brockhausen Address: Moorkamp 53, 29223 Celle, Germany Website: www.zeichenbüro.com

Our primary business category is correctly set to Architect (Architekt/in) in Bing Places and Google Business Profile.

However, Bing Search publicly displays the incorrect description "Architekturwunder in Celle" instead of a relevant architectural business classification.

We have been trying to resolve this issue with Microsoft for almost a year, including multiple Google Business Profile synchronizations, without success.

We specifically request:

Escalation to the Bing Places Product/Data Engineering Team.

Investigation of the category mapping, German localization and public Bing Search/Maps index.

Correction and republication of the public business information.

Written confirmation that the correction is visible publicly, not only in the Bing Places dashboard.

If necessary, please investigate converting our listing into a manually managed business profile without deleting the existing verified listing.

We have attached screenshots documenting the discrepancy.

Please provide a technical case number and an explanation of the underlying issue.
