Unable to download and install Visio 2024

Hey,

I have just recently bought a Visio 2024 product key.

I went to setup.office web, pressed get started, typed in the product key, pressed the redeem button, got sent to the download button, but after that it sends the error: "Service Unavailable"

I tried on incognito, different browser (edge and chrome), disabled VPN, clear cache, waiting and redo-ing every hour, and nothing works.

    Hi @dennis laksana

    The good news is that your key worked. Once it's redeemed, Visio 2024 is linked to your Microsoft account, so you don't need to go through setup.office.com again. You can install it straight from your account instead:

    1. Open a private/incognito window and sign in at microsoft365.com with the Microsoft account you used when you redeemed the key. Sign out of any work or school account first.
    2. Go to account.microsoft.com and select Subscriptions at the top.
    3. Find Visio in the list and select Install. Use Other options if you need the 64-bit version or a different language.
    4. Run the downloaded OfficeSetup.exe, approve the prompt, and wait for "You're all set!".

    If Visio doesn't appear under Subscriptions, the key was probably redeemed on a different Microsoft account. Check any other personal accounts you use.

    Does Visio show in the Subscriptions list on your account?
