One drive Android app not loading beyond blank page

One drive dosent load up beyond blank white page. Has someone experienced this and possibly have a solution ?

I just switched from Microsoft Security Defaults to Conditional Access policies that mimic the security defaults. I also created a test group with two imaginary users and two real desktops to start playing with Intune; Intune policies ONLY target that test group. Somewhere along the way, the exact same problem with OneDrive started happening to me. All the other Microsoft apps work perfectly on my Pixel 11 Pro, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel. OneDrive now complains that I need to install the Intune Company Portal app, and when I do OneDrive just opens to a blank page. I've exempted myself from all the Conditional Access policies which had no effect. I shouldn't be affected by the Intune policies at all. I can't figure out what's going on, let alone how to fix it.

Does any of my scenario match up with yours, Zach?

Hi @Zacharias Joseph

A blank white page in the OneDrive app on Android often comes from an outdated Android System WebView or Chrome, since Microsoft apps use them to draw the sign-in and file screens. Your files are stored in OneDrive, so you can still reach them at onedrive.com in your phone's browser while you fix the app.

Try these in order:

Open the Google Play Store, search for Android System WebView and Google Chrome, and update both.
Restart the phone and open OneDrive again.
If it's still blank, go to Settings > Apps > OneDrive > Storage and tap Clear cache. Only if that doesn't help, tap Clear data too. Files already in OneDrive aren't touched, but anything still waiting to upload from the phone could be lost, and you may need to set up Camera upload again.
As a last step, uninstall OneDrive, restart the phone and reinstall it from the Play Store.

Does onedrive.com load fine in the phone's browser with the same work account?
