How can I download my scorecard for microsoft examination which i was unable to pass,I am not able to get it under transcript

Failed exam score reports are not shown in the transcript. To get the score report, use the exam provider dashboard instead:

1. Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the same personal Microsoft account used to schedule the exam.
2. Open Profile → Credentials → Certifications.
3. Scroll to Past exams.
4. Find the exam and select View details on provider site.
5. On the provider dashboard, select View for that exam to open or download the score report.

If View details on provider site sends to the exam registration page, use the Pearson VUE route:

1. Start from the Microsoft credentials scheduling flow.
2. Enter the requested details such as address, phone number, and contact email.
3. After redirection to the Pearson VUE dashboard, select View Score Report.
4. Select View next to the exam to download the PDF score report.

The score report includes:

• Numeric overall score
• Pass/fail status
• A bar chart by skill area
• Guidance for interpreting the results

If the exam was just completed, results usually appear within minutes, but it can take up to 24 hours to appear in the Learn profile.
