Founders Hub Dashboard stuck in Azure Portal redirect loop

Hi,

I cannot access my Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub Dashboard. Attempting to open it results in an Azure Portal redirect loop, and the dashboard never loads.

Azure Billing and Subscription Management Support referred me to Microsoft Q&A for technical assistance.

Could you please help me identify why the Founders Hub Dashboard cannot be opened and how I can restore access?

Thank you,

Oliver

For a Founders Hub or Azure portal redirect loop, start with the Azure portal sign-in troubleshooting steps because the documented symptoms include pages hanging or failing to complete sign-in.

    1. Refresh the page and try again.
    2. Open the Azure portal in a private browsing session:
      • Edge: Settings → New InPrivate window
      • Chrome: Incognito mode
      • Safari: File → New Private Window
    3. Try a different browser.
    4. Clear browser cache and cookies, then sign in again.
      • In Edge, go to Settings → Privacy and Services → Clear Browsing Data and clear browsing history, download history, cookies, and cached images/files.
      • In Chrome, go to Settings → Privacy and Security → Clear browsing data.
    5. If the browser is automatically signing in with the wrong account, select the correct account and Azure directory after sign-in. If needed, use Switch directory from the account menu in the top-right of the Azure portal.

If sign-in succeeds but the portal shows No subscriptions found, the documented causes are:

    • the wrong Azure directory is selected, or
    • the account does not have sufficient permissions.

    In that case:

    1. Select the account menu at the top-right of the Azure portal.
    2. Choose Switch directory and select the correct directory.
    3. If the correct directory is already selected and the error remains, the account must be added or assigned the Owner role for the subscription.

    For Microsoft for Startups specifically:

    • Approved startups access credits and benefits through the Azure Portal.
    • Program support requests must be submitted through the Azure Portal using the Get Program Support option under the Your Microsoft Team tile.
    • If support cannot be opened because of access, entitlement, or portal limitations, the recommended next step is to contact the tenant administrator or the owner of the Microsoft support agreement to verify access and entitlement.
    • For a public technical question, Microsoft Q&A is also an approved path.

If the loop continues after private browsing, cache clearing, and trying another browser, use the Microsoft for Startups support path to report a portal access problem. Program Support handles portal access problems, onboarding, Azure credit activation, benefit redemption, billing profile issues, and entitlement corrections.
