How to do an alphabetical sorting of Outlook rules?
Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
Classic Outlook for Windows does not have a built-in option to sort rules alphabetically.
You can only rearrange them manually by using the Move Up or Move Down arrows to arrange the rules alphabetically.
Keep in mind that Outlook processes rules in the order listed, so rearranging them alphabetically could affect how they work, particularly if you use Stop processing more rules.
