    Hi Stuart,

To help me understand the issue, kindly clarify the following:

    • Are you trying to set up Automatic Replies for your own work mailbox?
    • Or are you trying to configure Automatic Replies for another mailbox that you have access to?
    • Also, what happens when you select Automatic replies? Do you receive an error message, or is the work account simply not available to choose?

As additional information, if the account you are referring to is configured as a POP/IMAP account (for example, Gmail, Yahoo, or another third-party email account), Outlook's Automatic Replies feature may not be available for that account, as this feature is typically associated with Microsoft 365/Exchange mailboxes. For reference: How to set up out of office automatic replies in Outlook.
