For a missing certification email or credential after passing PL-300, use this checklist:
- Sign in to the correct Microsoft Learn profile.
- Missing credentials are often caused by signing in with a different account than the one used to register for the exam.
- If multiple accounts have been used before, try each possible personal or work/school account.
- Verify the credential requirements.
- Confirm that the required exam for the credential was passed.
- Check the Learn profile credentials area.
- Certifications and exams are managed through the Learn profile.
- If the credential is still missing, contact Microsoft Credentials Support.
- Go to online support request.
- Confirm Product family = Learning.
- Confirm Product or Service = Microsoft Credentials.
- Select the category that best matches the issue.
- For Types of Support, select Professional No Charge.
- Enter location and time zone.
- Select Email as the preferred contact method.
- In the issue description, include:
- a clear summary of the missing credential/email issue
- the Learn Username from Learn Settings
- screenshots of any error or missing credential page
- Check for the support confirmation email after submitting the case.
- The case number is displayed after submission and confirmed by email.
- Credentials Support handles cases by email during business hours.
