Once you successfully redeem an Office Home 2024 product key, it is permanently linked to your Microsoft account, which you can then use to install and activate Office. You can double check this by signing in here: https://account.microsoft.com/services
If you cannot see the license there, can you try redeeming the code again here: https://setup.office.com/redeem/enter-key, this time using Microsoft Edge in InPrivate mode? Are you getting any error message?
