Suspended items shown in Task Manager

"Settings", "Default Lock Screen", and "Shell Experience" are all shown as SUSPENDED. How to fix this.

    I can only confirm that your issue has nothing to do with the suspended state. Windows Shell Experience Host and few other services are currently suspended on my computer too, but the system works perfectly well.

    Have you tried to reboot your computer?

    If you are using a desktop computer with wireless keyboard and mouse, then try to insert fresh batteries

    I tried that but it but it would not resume. And now I’ve lost my mouse and cannot click on anything. Even keyboard navigation does not work. My whole sustem is completely locked up. Cannot do anything. Am sending this answer via my iPhone. What to do???

    Suspended processes are just removed from the memory in order to improve system performance. Nothing to be fixed.
