    Welcome Better Makoni,

Thank you for providing the screenshot and details. Since you have already reinstalled the audio drivers and Windows, I'd like to narrow this down a bit further before considering a custom driver.

    Could you please confirm:

    • What is the exact make and model of your PC or laptop?
    • Does the issue occur with all headphones/earphones, including wired ones if available?
    • In Settings > System > Sound, what device is listed under “Output” when no headphones are connected?
    • In Device Manager > Sound, video and game controllers, what audio device is shown (for example Realtek Audio, Intel Smart Sound Technology, Conexant, etc.)?

As a quick test, please also try:

    • Open Settings > System > Sound
    • Under Advanced, select More sound settings
    • On the Playback tab, right-click in the blank area and enable Show Disabled Devices and Show Disconnected Devices
    • Check whether the internal speakers appear in the list and, if they do, set them as the default playback device.

    Looking for your update.
