Microsoft for Startups verification failed – support/reapply option missing and startup support redirects to Azure Home

Hello Microsoft for Startups Team,

I need assistance with the existing Microsoft for Startups profile for Cevrynt, Inc.

More than three months ago, our startup verification failed with:

“We couldn’t verify your startup. We’ll switch you to a pay-as-you-go subscription once your remaining Azure credits run out or expire.”

There is still no option to correct the company information, upload supporting documents, retry verification, or reapply.

I have also followed the documented Microsoft for Startups support route. However:

  • “Your Microsoft Team → Get program support” is not available in my startup experience.
  • aka.ms/startuphelp-mfs-portal redirects me back to Azure Portal Home.
  • Azure Help + Support only exposes generic subscription/benefit troubleshooting and does not allow me to create a Microsoft for Startups business-verification request.

This appears to be a Microsoft for Startups profile / verification provisioning issue rather than an Azure technical-support issue.

Company information

Company: Cevrynt, Inc. Entity type: Delaware C-Corporation Website: https://www.cevrynt.com Business email: [******@cevrynt.com] Founder: Arindam Pradhan Industry: Fintech / AI underwriting

Cevrynt, Inc. is now formally incorporated and we can provide:

  • Delaware Certificate of Incorporation
  • IRS EIN documentation
  • company-domain ownership/verification
  • active website
  • any additional company documentation required

Request

Could a Microsoft moderator please escalate our existing startup profile to the Microsoft for Startups Program Support / Business Verification team and either:

  1. manually review the failed startup verification, or
  2. reset/re-enable the verification process so we can submit the current company information and supporting documents?

I do not want to create a duplicate startup profile or a new Azure subscription. I am requesting review of the existing Microsoft for Startups application.

I can provide Tenant ID, Subscription ID, application email, screenshots, and corporate documents privately to Microsoft staff if required.

Thank you.Hello Microsoft for Startups Team,

This is a Microsoft for Startups program/verification issue, not an Azure technical issue.

Use these support paths based on the startup experience tied to the enrollment date:

    1. If the startup joined before May 29, 2026
      • Sign in to the Microsoft for Startups Portal: https://portal.startups.microsoft.com/login
      • Select the ? icon in the top-right corner.
      • Select Submit a Support Ticket.
      • Attach screenshots of the failed verification state and any supporting company documents.
    2. If the startup joined after May 29, 2026
      • Sign in to the Azure portal.
      • Navigate to the startup homepage.
      • In the Overview tab, find Your Microsoft Team.
      • Select Get program support.
    3. Do not use Azure Help + support for this specific issue unless the problem is Azure technical or billing related
      • Microsoft for Startups Program Support handles program onboarding, Azure credit activation, benefit redemption, billing profile issues, entitlement corrections, and portal access problems.
      • Azure Support is for Azure service errors, outages, subscription and billing problems, and production incidents.
    4. If profile information needs correction and the profile UI is available
      • In the Microsoft for Startups experience, select the gear icon next to the profile picture.
      • On My Profile, choose Edit for the field to change.
      • Select Save changes.
      • If the email address is changed, complete the verification email step.
    5. If the support entry points are missing or redirect incorrectly
      • Submit a Microsoft for Startups Program Support request from the startup experience that is available for the account generation in use:
        • Pre–May 29, 2026: Microsoft for Startups Portal support ticket flow.
        • Post–May 29, 2026: Azure portal startup homepage → Your Microsoft Team → Get program support.
      • This matches the documented route for program and portal issues.

The documented support scope supports raising this as a program support / portal access problem. The request should focus on the existing startup profile, failed verification state, missing support entry point, and inability to resubmit verification details.
