Pen driver for the above model missing so can't use pen to write

For that laptop, as I know, Samsung already provide Samsung Update app so you can download any driver of your model directly from there.
Before we proceed further, can you please go to Device Manager > View > Show hidden devices and let me know if you can see any hidden pen driver is reporting errors?

No, the driver is not there anymore as I was previously advised to delete the hidden pen driver because 'Samsung Update would reinstall it'.
