    Hi Javier Salazar,

“Microsoft Store Package Dependency Installer” is not normally something that needs to be installed separately, so it would help to confirm exactly what was removed.

Can you still open Microsoft Store? Also, how did you delete the component, and do you see its exact package name or an error message when installing an app?

If Microsoft Store still opens, first install any pending Windows updates. Then open Microsoft Store, go to Library, select Get updates, and try reinstalling the affected app. The Store should download the dependencies required by that app automatically.

If Microsoft Store itself was removed rather than just one dependency, please let me know, as the recovery options are different. Thank you so much for your understanding.

Note : I am not a Microsoft employee and the responses are based on experiences and best effort. Please try the below and send me a reply.

    1. Check Windows is up to date Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for updates and install any available updates. This ensures the Store framework and dependency components are current.
    2. Update Microsoft Store itself Open Microsoft Store from the Start menu. In Store, select See more (⋯) > Downloads and updates > Get updates. If an update for Microsoft Store or Xbox/Game components is available, it will install automatically.
    3. Run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters (if shown). Select Windows Store apps > Run the troubleshooter. Let it detect and fix issues with Store services and dependencies.
    4. Repair or reset Store/Xbox apps Use Settings > Apps > Apps & features, select Microsoft Store and Xbox-related apps, then choose Advanced options and use Repair or Reset. This can restore missing dependency registrations.
    5. Reinstall the game from your Library After the above steps, open Microsoft Store > See more > My Library, select the game, and choose Install. If the dependency installer was the issue, the game should now install correctly.

Microsoft Store itself is not supported for uninstall/reinstall as a standalone app. If it was removed, the only Microsoft-supported way to restore it is to reset or reinstall Windows.

    Try these supported steps first:

    1. Reset the Microsoft Store cache:
      • Press Windows key + R
      • Type wsreset.exe
      • Select OK
      • A blank Command Prompt window should appear, then close after about 10 seconds, and Microsoft Store should open automatically.
    2. Search for Microsoft Store:
      • In the taskbar search box, type Microsoft Store
      • If it appears, open it and pin it again if needed.
    3. Check sign-in state:
      • Make sure the device is signed in with a Microsoft account. The Store app may not be available on a local account.
    4. If Microsoft Store opens, reinstall apps from Library:
      • Windows 10: Open Microsoft Store > More > My Library
      • Select the app and choose Install
    5. If Microsoft Store is still missing or was actually removed:
      • The supported recovery method is to reset or reinstall the operating system.
      • Warning: reinstalling or resetting Windows can affect installed apps and settings.

If this happened on a work-managed device, an administrator may have disabled Microsoft Store.
