I need a way to easily transfer old e-mails from IMAP account to POP account
IMAP and POP are not email accounts - they are different types of mail server.
POP is by far the older of the two and not much in use any more. If your email provider still uses both types of server, you can ask them how to switch from one to another. Your mail doesn't move anywhere, you'll just access it from a different server.

Could you please provide a little more information about the current setup? Are the IMAP and POP accounts using the same email address/provider, or are you trying to move messages from one email account to a completely different account? Also, which Outlook application are you using: Classic Outlook for Windows, New Outlook, or Outlook.com in a browser?
It would also help to know where the old messages are currently stored. Can you still see all of them in Outlook under the IMAP account, and approximately how many folders/messages need to be transferred? Finally, have you already added the POP account to Outlook, or do you still need help configuring it? These details will help determine whether the messages can simply be copied between folders or whether they should first be exported to a local Outlook data file.
