Managing sound and video settings during Teams meetings and calls for optimal communication
Hello Karissa C,
Thank you for your patience while working through this issue.
At this stage, I recommend asking your Microsoft 365 administrator to report the problem through Microsoft 365 admin center > Health > Service health > Report an issue. This allows Microsoft to review reports from your organization together with related reports from other tenants, identify how widespread the behavior is, and provide updates through the Service health dashboard if it is confirmed as a service issue.
I also recommend opening a support ticket through Help & support in the Microsoft 365 admin center. A support engineer can then work directly with your administrator, collect the relevant diagnostic information and logs, review the affected environment, and investigate the issue further.
When opening a support ticket, please make sure the Support Assistant (AI) in the Help panel is turned Off. Several customers have reported that the Contact Support option may not appear while the Support Assistant is enabled. Once the AI assistant is turned off, you should be able to enter a description of the issue and the Contact Support option will appear, allowing you to submit a ticket directly to Microsoft Support.
When submitting the report and support request, please include the affected users, the exact time the issue occurred, the application and operating system versions, screenshots of any errors, the troubleshooting already completed, and clear steps to reproduce the problem. This information will help the support team investigate more efficiently.
I hope the Microsoft support team can provide further clarification after reviewing the diagnostic data from your environment.
Kind regards,
