    Welcome Transcend,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Since this started after the recovery performed by the service center, I'd like to narrow down a few details first while also trying a quick test.

    Could you please confirm:

    • Does the PC stay awake when playing videos in any browser (Edge, Chrome, Firefox), or only on a specific website?
    • Is the video playing in full-screen mode when the PC goes to sleep?
    • Does the issue occur only when streaming video, or does it also happen during other activities such as online meetings or local video playback?

In the meantime, please try this quick check:

    • Open Settings > System > Power & battery
    • Expand Screen and sleep
    • Temporarily set Put my device to sleep after to Never
    • Test the streaming website for a few minutes
