Were you able to produce sound from them before?
Please disconnect your headphones from any other devices they were previously connected to.
Completely remove the headphones from the list of connected devices, restart both the laptop and the headphones, and then re-pair.
Thanks. I'm not exactly sure if it was that combination of things that solved my issue or a reboot I decided to do, but they did start working. Doesn't seem the fast switching between devices I have them paired with is working as expected, but primarily going to use them as my headset for work so not a major concern.
