When sending out meeting invitations through the Outlook calendar, they are not being received by recipients, and I cannot figure out why?

    Hi @Vanessa Lindbeck

I’m sorry you’re experiencing this. To help identify where the invitations are being interrupted, please send a new test invitation from Outlook on the web and ask the recipient to check their Inbox and Junk folder. Microsoft’s guidance confirms that invitations should be sent by adding recipients as required or optional attendees and selecting Send.

    Please also let us know:

    • Are you using Outlook.com/Hotmail or a Microsoft 365 work or school account?
    • Does this affect every recipient or only certain addresses or external domains?
    • Can the same recipients receive normal emails from you?
    • Do you receive any non-delivery message after sending?

These details will help determine whether the behavior is related to the Outlook application, the sending mailbox, or recipient-side filtering.

Note: Please follow the steps in our documentation to enable e-mail notifications if you want to receive the related email notification for this thread.
