How do I access a bitlocker key for an outlook account that I have never used once?

i have been locked out of my laptop because of bitlocker.

i do not have the bitlocker key.

the outlook account it is linked too, is have legit never been used before. It was created when I got the computer, since it told me to make a Microsoft account. But it is not my primary email, account or anything else.

i have tried resetting the password, and doing an account recovery, but I do not have enough information about the account (ie. most recent emails) because the account has never been used for an email once.

i just want the data off my laptop…. I don’t even want the Microsoft account…What do I do

If you cannot access the Microsoft account where the BitLocker recovery key was saved, and you don't have the recovery key stored elsewhere, unfortunately there is no way to bypass BitLocker and access the encrypted data.

The BitLocker recovery key cannot be recreated or retrieved from the laptop itself. If the key cannot be recovered through the Microsoft account or another backup, the remaining option is to reset/reinstall Windows, which will remove the encrypted data.
