Hello,

You may have a setting called "Find My Mouse" on. This is a feature on the PowerToys app which allows you to make certain tweaks on your PC. It's usually activated by pressing the left Ctrl key twice in succession.

Could you check the Start Menu to see if you have PowerToys installed? If you do, open it, and then scroll down to where you see "Find My Mouse" and then turn it off.
