Managing meetings and events using Outlook on the web for business
Hi Peter,
Thank you for sharing the details of your request regarding adding a link to your booking page from your work email, so that appointments booked through it are placed on the personal calendar you have been using.
This occurs because Bookings with me is linked to your work account, and therefore it saves new bookings to your work calendar rather than directly to a personal calendar.
To help you achieve the setup you need, please follow the three options below, which I believe will suit your situation well:
1/ Share your booking page link in your email signature
- Sign in to Outlook on the web with your work account and open Calendar.
- Select Edit bookings page, then choose Share.
- Select Add to email signature, or alternatively select Copy link and paste it wherever you would like to share it.

2/ Connect your personal calendar to your work account
- In Calendar, select Add calendar.
- Choose Add personal calendars, and then sign in with your personal Outlook.com or Google account.
- Once the connection is complete, your personal events will count toward your availability, so customers can only book times when you are truly free.

3/ Display your work bookings on your personal calendar
- Go to Settings, then Calendar, and select Shared calendars.
- Under Publish a calendar, choose your work calendar, select Can view all details, and then select Publish.
- Copy the ICS link, and then in your personal calendar, select Add calendar followed by Subscribe from web, and paste the link. As a result, new bookings will also appear on your personal calendar.
Should you have any questions while following these steps, please feel free to reply to this email, and I will be glad to assist you further.
Best regards,
