If you played ASTROKINGS on Windows, the first thing to check is whether your old game was linked to Facebook. On the game’s start screen, select Guest in the lower-left corner, then choose Facebook and sign in with the same Facebook account you used before. The game’s recovery guide lists Facebook as the sign-in option for the Windows version.

If the game opens to a new commander instead, don’t link that new game to your old Facebook account. You can also open the commander profile, select Settings > Account > Switch Account, and check which account you’re using.

If you still can’t find your progress, submit a ticket to ASTROKINGS support. Include your Galaxy number, federation abbreviation, and commander name if you know them. If the old game was never linked and was played only as a guest account, ASTROKINGS warns that it cannot recover a lost guest account.

The key distinction is whether the old progress was linked to Facebook or existed only as a guest game.
