    Hello Jenny Craw,

I’m sorry the page still isn’t printing properly after you tried the suggestions.

Just to narrow this down: when you open Print Preview, can you see the whole page there, including the content missing from the printout? If so, does that content appear when you print to Microsoft Print to PDF? You don’t need to repeat the other checks; these two results should tell us where to look next.

Open your spreadsheet and, on the Page Layout ribbon, look at the Page Setup group and open Print Area.

This is where you choose the portion of your spreadsheet that you want to print. For even more precision, click on the southeast pointing arrow.

The controls described above tell your printer what you want to print.

If Excel prints only the headings, the most common cause is that a print area is set too small, or only a selection is being printed.

    Try this:

    1. Open the worksheet.
    2. Select File > Print.
    3. In Settings, make sure Excel is set to print Print Active Sheets or Print Entire workbook, not Print Selection.
    4. Check the preview pane to confirm the full page appears.

Also check whether a print area is limiting the output:

    1. Go to File > Print.
    2. In Settings, if needed, select Ignore print area.

If the preview already shows only headings or blank pages, Excel may be treating the rest of the page as blank because of worksheet formatting or hidden content placement. In that case, print only the page range that contains the actual data:

    1. Select File > Print.
    2. Under the print range, select only the page or pages that contain the data wanted.

If the issue happens only on paper but the preview looks correct, test with Microsoft Print to PDF. If the PDF is correct, the problem is likely the printer driver rather than the workbook.
