i cannot turn on my bluetooth even after doing trouble shoot

    Your screenshots indicate there is most likely a problem with the Bluetooth drivers.

    Right click your Start Button and open Device Manager.

    At the top of Device Manager, select View - Show Hidden Devices.

    Expand the 'Bluetooth' section.

    Please provide a screenshot of that full Device Manager window.

    Click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.

    Please ensure availability of Bluetooth driver in Device Manager.

    If it is being shown there, check if it is having any warning symbol.

    If yes, you need to update or reinstall it.
