Use one of these supported methods on the HP laptop:

1. If the photos are already in Google Photos cloud storage Open a web browser on the laptop and download the photos and videos stored in the cloud.
2. Use a USB cable from the Android phone to the laptop
   • Connect the phone with a USB cable that supports file transfer.
   • Turn on and unlock the phone.
   • If needed on the phone, change the USB mode to transfer media or photos / File Transfer (MTP).
   • On the laptop, select Start > Photos.
   • Select Import > the connected device.
   • Follow the prompts, choose the photos, and select where to save them.
3. Use Phone Link for recent photos
   • This works for recent photos only and does not import videos.
