Issue system has directX 12 yet it does not support it no explanation yet all microsoft products do work with this pc. I ended up installing fritz do not call me a robot engine to this pc and it refuses to work due to the previous mentioned, I did look into windows it did show having the mentioned directX 12 system and it also shows that it does not support it. This is mindboggling due to the fact that every update that is supposed to allow the engine to run is installed and the manufacturer did not mention having me on the engine's restriction list is there a way other than purchasing a new pc to activate the direcX 12 already in the system?
DirectX 12 being listed in Windows does not necessarily mean your GPU supports it. To use DirectX 12, your graphics card must be compatible with it and meet the required hardware feature levels.
Please press Win + R, type dxdiag, and press Enter.
Open the Display tab and share a screenshot of that screen, this will help check your graphics card and its supported features.
