    Hello Tina,

There is currently no separate zoom slider available in the Microsoft Teams Calendar. If you would like to display more of your workday at once, you can adjust the Time scale setting instead:

    1. Open Calendar in Microsoft Teams.
    2. At the top of the calendar, select your current view, such as Work week or Week.
    3. Select Time scale.
    4. Choose a larger interval, such as 60 minutes.

Increasing the time scale allows more of your schedule to be displayed on the screen at the same time, although individual meeting details will appear more compact. Available intervals include 60, 30, 15, 10, 6, and 5 minutes.

For your scenario, I recommend using the Work week view together with the 60-minute time scale, as this typically provides the best view of a full workday without requiring excessive scrolling.

I hope this information helps. If you have any questions or need further assistance with your Teams calendar settings, please let me know.

    Kind regards.

In new Outlook for Windows, there is no zoom slider for Calendar, and Ctrl + mouse wheel zoom is not supported there.

To fit more of the workday on screen, use Time scale on the toolbar to change the time intervals shown. This helps display more time slots, but it does not zoom the entire calendar view.

If the goal is to focus on working hours:

    1. Open Calendar.
    2. Go to View > Calendar settings.
    3. Open Work hours and location.
    4. Set the days of the work week.
    5. Select Save.

This sets work hours so off-hours are distinguished, but Outlook does not fully hide non-working hours. In classic Outlook, a workaround is to switch to Day or Work Week view, scroll to the start of the workday, and save a custom view so the calendar opens focused there.
