Welcome rat,
Thank you for providing such detailed testing information. Since you have already ruled out Windows mouse acceleration, DPI scaling, polling rate changes, frame-rate limiting, and DPI compatibility settings, I'd like to narrow this down a bit further.
Could you please confirm the following?
- Does this behavior occur only in Minecraft Bedrock, or do you notice similar camera/input issues in other first-person games?
- Are you using the standard Minecraft Bedrock client from the Microsoft Store, or are you enrolled in Preview/Beta versions?
- Does the issue occur in a brand-new world with all resource packs, behavior packs, and add-ons disabled?
- If you temporarily create a new local Windows user account and launch Minecraft there, does the mouse behavior remain the same?
As an initial test, please also try
Option 1: Resetting Minecraft's graphics settings to their defaults:
- Open Minecraft.
- Go to Settings > Video
- Turn off Upscaling or any advanced graphics features that may be enabled.
- Set “Render Distance” to a moderate value (for example, 12 chunks), then restart the game and test again.
Option 2: Reset Minecraft's local configuration:
- Press Windows + R
- Type
%LocalAppData%\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState - Rename the games folder to games.old
- Launch Minecraft again and test before changing any settings.
