Your latest update wiped out my office 2019. your system will not accept my product key i have been using for years. i cannot access critical files.

    Did you successfully install Office? Does your Microsoft account subscription include Office?

    When you first activated Office 2019 that licence should have become associated to your Microsoft Account as a digital licence online, the product key can no longer be used and it is from there that you can re-install Office without the need for a product key:
